ERT Awards, now in its twelfth year, got underway with Basil Knipe Electrics winning
Best Independent Domestic Appliances Large Retailer.
“This is the first time we have won the ERT award and we are also the very first retailer in Northern Ireland to have won it,” said Basil.
“We were really surprised to win this award, I don’t think anyone was expecting us to as we were up against retailers from across the UK, so we are absolutely delighted. “It is nice to see the work we put into Basil Knipe Electrics rewarded as we pride ourselves on excellent service and customer experiences.”
